Swiss Property Sales

Buyers Guide

The purchasing procedure differs slightly in Switzerland from that in the UK and there are some details that you may find useful.

It is important to note that swiss conveyancing legalities differ from region to region and it is necessary that a Swiss Notaire (Solicitor) be contacted to establish the details.

Our developers will put you in contact with a Swiss Notaire who can complete the Swiss side of conveyancing. If you wish, our lawyer based in London is a specialist in taxation issues with regard to Swiss Law and they may help you with any issues you may have with regards to your property purchase. It should be noted that a UK based solicitor cannot complete your property purchase or carry out the conveyancing.
