Having completed properties from SFr. 390,000 to SFr. 6,000,000 we are highly experienced in this field. We have a multitude of blueprints of differing chalets ranging from simple, 115m2 three bedroom property to a more lavish 400 m2 chalet with indoor swimming pool and wellness area.
Payment Structure (to be finalised with each project)
10% deposit (with the Notary)
30% at foundation stage
30% at roof stage
30% at completion and handover
