The chalets are to be constructed to a very high standard with Larchwood exterior walls (requires no maintenance). The internal designs can be changed to suit your individual requirements and budget.
These properties not only offer the buyer excellent views of the Alps, a wonderful mountain way of life, proximity to attractions throughout the 4 Valleys and the Valais area, but also high build quality and excellent value for money.
They are expertly finished by experienced craftsmen. The high level of quality can be viewed in our show chalets in Switzerland.
Several chalet designs are available starting from the three bed 115 m2 area chalet (Design A, image above) which has an open plan kitchen, dining, lounge area on the ground floor with entrance hall and bathroom. On the first floor 3 double bedrooms, two with balcony access, store room and a bathroom.
The larger 4 bedroomed 145 m2 area chalet (Design B) has a large open plan lounge, dining, kitchen area with entrance hall, bathroom, double bedroom and storage area on the ground floor. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms, two with balcony access, bathroom and a useful gallery area overlooking the lounge.
